What does DIY mean?

You set up and update the website yourself in the admin: choose a template, add your logo, pages, blog posts, testimonials and listings. We provide the hosting, security, SSL and (on the MLS plan) the automatic CREA listings feed. Setup, design and content work by our team are not included in these plans.

How does the free plan work?

Your site is live on yourname.realtyterminus.net for 30 days, no card needed. Upgrade any time to keep it online.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on the Basic and MLS plans. Every site gets a free yourname.realtyterminus.net address; on a paid plan you can connect a domain you own (e.g. yourname.com) from your dashboard. You add one DNS record at your registrar (plus a simple forward for the version without www — our step-by-step guide shows you how) and we take care of the SSL certificate. Your email stays with your current provider.

Where do MLS® listings come from?

MLS® listings via CREA DDF® are available for Canadian realtors whose brokerage participates in DDF® (every province except Quebec and Manitoba). MLS-plan sites receive listings automatically through CREA’s Data Distribution Facility (DDF®) — your brokerage must participate in CREA and we verify your CREA agent ID. On every plan, in any country, you can add listings manually.

What support do I get?

Help from real people on every plan, including Free. Open a request from Help & support in your admin (screenshots welcome) and we reply within 5 business days, with an email for each reply. BC statutory holidays are not counted. No phone or live chat. On Basic or MLS, the Priority Support add-on gets you a reply within 1 business day.

Can you build the website for me?
